Natane Rogers is a Partner and President of SR Diversified, LLC. A California State University, Sacramento alumni with a degree in construction management, Natane brings more than 23 years of experience to her role. Natanes’ experience includes project management, heavy civil and commercial construction. Her practice includes programming, design-build, budgeting, estimating, constructability analysis, and construction management. She has a collaborative/coaching management style with a visionary perspective. She focuses on the needs of her clients while creating and supporting her teams, always keeping the big picture in mind. Through this approach she has been instrumental in helping clients achieve and exceed their goals.
Natane has worked on a wide array of project types and complexity ranging from light rail, underground, concrete, paving, data centers, commercial office, retail space and healthcare. In addition, she has proven her ability to adapt and adjust depending on client’s needs by observing, learning, asking questions, preparing alternative solutions, and keeping a level head. She has earned the respect of her clients, teams and subcontractors throughout her career.
While at SR Diversified, LLC Natane has significantly grown the clientele, strengthened existing relationships, and continued to build the SR Diversified team to nurture existing capabilities and expand into new market segments.
Outside of work, Natane has served as a volunteer for the Contra Costa Sheriff’s Search and Rescue. She also enjoys spending time with her family, pets, and friends. She loves boating, riding horses, and hiking.
Jason Carpenter is the Vice President Electrical Operations at SR Diversified, LLC. With nearly 30 years in the construction industry, Jason has been part of numerous complicated projects all over the West for large public and private utility clients.
Hamza Abed, Partner and Program Manager at SR Diversified, has 15 years in construction. A CSU Sacramento graduate, he leads the Vault Remediation Program and is known for his leadership, collaboration, and positive energy.
Ed has over 14 years of construction experience, serving roles from Foreman to Senior Superintendent and QC Manager. As a superintendent, he oversaw multiple field crews including laborers, carpenters, iron workers, plumbers, civil crew operators, and several other trades.
Dave Champion has over 40 years of construction experience in civil, underground commercial, wastewater facilities, utility, concrete tilt-up, commercial, medical, and greenfield sites.
With 35+ years in construction, Mike brings expertise in project management, quality control, and large-scale developments from residential to bridge and dam projects. A former licensed contractor, he’s known for delivering high-quality results, mentoring his team, and promoting sustainable practices.
Camryn Suriano brings a diverse background in finance, property management, and human resources to her role, with expertise in accounting operations and team collaboration. She is committed to continuous learning, growth, and contributing to SR Diversified’s success.
Spencer Frederiksen is a seasoned leader in hydropower and water infrastructure, with extensive experience managing hydroelectric, dam, and federal projects across the U.S. Recognized for his innovation, regulatory expertise, and collaborative approach, he is deeply committed to technical excellence, safety, and owner-focused project delivery.
Mai Nguyen-Phillips is an experienced construction professional specializing in operations and organizational management. She focuses on improving processes, supporting teams, and fostering safe, efficient, and collaborative work environments that drive strong performance and long-term success.
With over 40 years of construction experience, Frank brings valuable insight into project delivery, client needs, and trade partner relationships. He focuses on strategy, opportunity, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality client experience through clear communication and reliable execution.
